Scavenging Suva (May 16)

How better to experience and get a lay of Suva than to let 3 twenty-something girls loose on their own and say, “take pictures of these things… see ya in 3 hours!”  We were only told where the bus stop was that would take us to Suva Port.  FINALLY, it’s only been 20 years, 10 months, and 2 weeks but I am FINALLY an adult and considered responsible enough to walk somewhere on my own!  Don’t worry we made it just fine down to Port Suva, and for having never been in Suva ever… I found my way pretty quickly!

So here was our scavenger hunt list:

-A smiling Fijian man

-Team member holding a big fish

-Team member wearing a grass skirt

-Someone juggling papaya

-Team member holding Fijian dollars outside a money exchange

-Team member touching the ocean
